1. Purpose

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the directory and booking marketplace operated by Arcturian SRL under the Collectif Point Zéro brand. They apply in particular to:

  • browsing the profiles of practitioners in the collective;
  • online booking of individual sessions, retreats, workshops and events offered by these practitioners;
  • services associated with the marketplace (gift cards, waiting lists, voluntary contributions).

Any booking or use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms. The version in force is the one displayed at the time of the transaction.

The Point Zéro+ AI subscription and the 30-day Programme are governed by dedicated Compagnon Point Zéro terms (/cgv/compagnon); The Frequency Project is covered by a third set of terms (/cgv/frequency).

3. Service description and legal qualification

Collectif Point Zéro is a curated directory of independent practitioners in alternative medicine and well-being support, together with a booking marketplace. Arcturian SRL acts as a transparent intermediary: services are sold and provided by the practitioners themselves, under their sole responsibility, their own legal status and professional conditions (including holding professional civil liability insurance).

For payments processed through the platform, Arcturian SRL facilitates the collection and transfer of funds through Stripe Connect. The practitioner remains the seller of the service and is responsible for invoicing the customer. Arcturian SRL does not invoice the practitioner any service commission.

Listed practitioners remain fully independent and are not bound to Arcturian SRL by any subordination or agency relationship beyond the collection mandate they have explicitly accepted.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices for services are displayed inclusive of taxes on each practitioner's profile and are set by the practitioner. Arcturian SRL takes no commission or service fee from the price of sessions, events, retreats or workshops. Only the payment-processing fees charged by Stripe are deducted from the amounts due to the practitioner. Voluntary contributions paid to Arcturian SRL do not remunerate any goods, services, benefits, access rights or preferential treatment: users may set them to zero without changing their booking or use of the platform. They are therefore not consideration for a taxable transaction and fall outside the scope of VAT.

5. Bookings and payments

Payments: payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. No platform commission is taken from the price of individual sessions, events, retreats or workshops: the rate is 0% for all these services. The service price is due to the practitioner, subject only to the payment-processing fees charged by Stripe. The user may separately add a voluntary donation at checkout under the conditions set out below.

Voluntary contribution (donation): at the time of booking, the user may, if they wish, add a voluntary contribution on top of the service price. This contribution is entirely optional, carries no obligation, and can be set back to zero at any time using the dedicated slider before payment is confirmed. It is paid to Arcturian SRL to support the operation and development of the platform. Paying it grants no additional right, and not paying it changes neither the booking, the practitioner's service nor access to the platform. When the booking originates from a recommendation by an identified ambassador partner, 55% of this contribution is paid to the partner concerned (the remaining 45% being kept by the platform). It appears on the Stripe invoice as a separate line "Don, Collectif Point Zéro". If the booking is refunded, the contribution is refunded proportionally to the refunded amount.

Deposit and automatic balance payment (retreats): when a retreat requires a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining amount (the "balance") is charged automatically to the payment method used for the deposit, on the date set by the practitioner (usually 30 days before the start of the retreat). By confirming the deposit payment, the user expressly authorises this later charge, in accordance with Stripe's strong customer authentication (SCA) rules. The date and amount of the charge are visible in the bookings area. If the charge fails, an email is sent to resolve the situation, and the spot may be released if the payment remains unpaid.

Free pricing, deferred authorisation and post-session choice: for services offered on a free-pricing basis, no amount is charged at the time of booking. The card is registered through Stripe (3D Secure included) and the appointment is confirmed immediately. The day before the appointment, a bank authorisation equal to the minimum amount set by the practitioner (or 5 EUR by default) is placed on the card, with no charge. A few hours after the session, the user receives a secure link to freely choose the amount they consider fair: this amount then replaces the authorisation. If there is no response within 5 days, the minimum amount is charged by default (the Stripe authorisation expires after 7 days). By confirming the booking, the user expressly authorises this mechanism. If something did not go well during the session, the user can write to support@pointzero.me before the charge.

Cancellation policy: cancellation terms are defined by each practitioner and shown on the service profile and at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Individual sessions: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Retreats and events: cancellation deadlines depend on each practitioner's own terms (usually 7 to 14 days before the event).

The terms set by practitioners cannot derogate from mandatory Belgian and European consumer protection rules.

Refunds: where a cancellation is eligible, the refund is processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

5bis. Satisfaction guarantee on the first session

Collectif Point Zéro offers a satisfaction guarantee on the first session booked through the platform with each practitioner in the collective. If this first session does not meet the user's expectations, they can obtain a full refund.

Conditions:

  • The guarantee applies only once per practitioner and per user, only for the first individual session booked.
  • Refund requests must be sent to remi@pointzero.me within 7 calendar days following the session.
  • This guarantee does not apply to retreats, group events or group workshops, only to individual sessions.
  • The refund is processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

This guarantee is distinct from and additional to the cancellation policy in article 5 and the right of withdrawal in article 6.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or for a specific period: individual sessions, retreats and events booked through the platform fall within this category. The cancellation policy set out in article 5 and the 5bis guarantee apply instead and offer equivalent or stronger protection.

7. Minimum age

The booking services are available to persons aged 18 or over. Any booking made by a minor requires the prior authorisation of a legal representative.

8. Limitation of liability

Arcturian SRL acts as a technical intermediary. It cannot be held liable for:

  • the quality, suitability, performance or effects of services provided by practitioners;
  • any bodily, moral or material harm arising from a session or event run by a practitioner;
  • the claims, statements, content or methods used by practitioners;
  • temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or the failure of a third-party technical provider (Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, etc.).

Any dispute about a service must be raised directly with the relevant practitioner. Arcturian SRL may, however, act as a mediator at the parties' request.

Cap: in any event, and unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, Arcturian SRL's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the transaction giving rise to the dispute, and may not exceed an overall cap of 500 EUR. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or intentional fault by Arcturian SRL, nor for bodily harm resulting from a fault solely attributable to Arcturian SRL, in accordance with article 5.89 of the Belgian Civil Code.

9. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a force majeure event as recognised by Belgian case law, including notably: natural disasters, widespread Internet or electricity outages, cyberattacks, public-authority orders, proven failure of a third-party technical provider (hosting, payment, AI), epidemic, armed conflict.

10. Moderation and right of removal

Arcturian SRL reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to:

  • suspend or delete a user's account in the event of abusive, fraudulent, disrespectful behaviour, or behaviour contrary to applicable law or these Terms;
  • remove a practitioner from the collective if their practices, claims or behaviour do not comply with the Collective's ethical charter, applicable legal obligations (in particular Royal Decree no. 78 of 10 November 1967 on the practice of healthcare professions in Belgium, or article L.4161-1 of the French Public Health Code for relevant users) or in case of substantiated reports;
  • moderate, hide or remove any review, content or message posted on the platform in case of unlawful, misleading, defamatory, insulting or indecent content.

11. Reviews, testimonials and user content

By posting a review, testimonial, photo or any other content on the platform, the user:

  • warrants that they hold the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights;
  • grants Arcturian SRL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and communicate such content to the public, for the legal duration of protection of the rights, for the purposes of operating and promoting the service;
  • acknowledges that reviews are subject to a posteriori moderation and may be removed in case of breach of article 10.

12. Reporting obligations (DAC7)

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2021/514 ("DAC7") and its transposition into Belgian law, Arcturian SRL is required to collect certain information about practitioners using the platform for professional purposes and to transmit this information annually to the relevant tax authorities (revenue received, tax identification number, identity). Users and practitioners are informed of this obligation upon registration and accept that this data will be transmitted within this legal framework.

13. Personal data

The processing of personal data for this service is described in our privacy policy (/confidentialite#collectif).

14. Applicable law, mediation and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions more favourable to consumers provided for by the law of their country of habitual residence.

Mediation and amicable settlement: in case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first. The consumer may also:

Failing an amicable agreement, and subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to the Terms

Arcturian SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users and subscribers concerned by the directory and booking marketplace will be informed by email of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the user does not accept them, they retain the option to terminate their subscription or stop using the service.
