Point Zéro+ subscription (AI) and access to the 30-day Programme

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Point Zéro+ subscription giving access to the Point Zéro conversational assistant (the "Companion") and the 30-day Programme, a daily AI-guided support journey. Any subscription implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The practitioner directory and booking marketplace are covered by separate terms (/cgv/collectif); The Frequency Project is covered by another set of terms (/cgv/frequency).

3. Service description

Point Zéro+ is a digital service providing unlimited access to the Point Zéro conversational assistant, based on state-of-the-art AI models (notably Anthropic Claude) and informed by context from Collectif Point Zéro content. Non-subscribers receive limited free access: 15 messages within a rolling 5-hour window for the first conversation, then 5 messages per 5-hour window for registered users, and 5 messages per day for unregistered visitors. These limits are subject to change.

The Point Zéro+ subscription also opens access to the 30-day Programme: a daily journey of exercises, meditations, journalling and AI support. The Programme content is delivered progressively according to a schedule specific to each user.

The Point Zéro assistant is an informational tool. Its responses do not constitute medical, therapeutic, legal or professional advice. The 30-day Programme is a personal development journey and is not a substitute for medical or psychological follow-up.

4. Prices and VAT

The Point Zéro+ subscription is offered at 14.95 EUR including tax per month, Belgian VAT included (21%). The price in force is the one shown on the subscription page at the time of payment.

The price may be changed at any time. If it changes, existing subscribers will be informed by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect.

5. Subscription and access

Subscription is completed online through our secure payment provider Stripe. The user must hold an account on the Collectif Point Zéro site and be aged 18 or over. Any subscription by a minor requires the prior authorisation of a legal representative.

The Point Zéro+ subscription takes effect immediately after payment is confirmed. By subscribing, the user expressly requests that delivery of the digital service begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the service begins, in accordance with article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This waiver is recorded through a separate check box at the time of payment.

6. Duration, renewal and termination

The subscription is concluded for a one-month term, renewable by tacit renewal. Billing is automatic each month on the anniversary date of the initial subscription.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time, free of charge and without penalty, through their subscription management area (Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access to Point Zéro+ and the 30-day Programme is maintained until that date.

7. Refunds

Other than where service delivery has actually not started, no pro rata refund is provided due to the immediate and digital nature of the service. For any exceptional request, contact remi@pointzero.me.

8. Use of the service and conversations

Conversations with Point Zéro are stored in the user's account to ensure continuity of dialogue and consistency of the 30-day Programme. They can be deleted at any time from the interface.

The content of user messages is transmitted to the AI models of our technical partners (mainly Anthropic). Under Anthropic's terms in force, this data is not used to train the models. Details are set out in our privacy policy (/confidentialite#compagnon).

The user must not use the Companion for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, in a way that disturbs public order or is likely to overload the service (automated scripts, bypassing limits, reselling access, etc.). In case of breach, access may be suspended without notice or refund.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. Arcturian SRL undertakes to use reasonable means to ensure continuity of the service but cannot be held liable for:

• the accuracy, completeness or relevance of the responses generated by Point Zéro AI, nor for decisions taken on their basis;
• the effects or consequences of following the 30-day Programme, which falls within personal development and has no therapeutic purpose;
• temporary interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or the failure of a third-party technical provider (Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, etc.).

Cap: in any event, and unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, Arcturian SRL's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for their Point Zéro+ subscription over the last 12 months, and may not exceed an overall cap of 500 EUR. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or intentional fault by Arcturian SRL, nor for bodily harm resulting from a fault solely attributable to Arcturian SRL, in accordance with article 5.89 of the Belgian Civil Code.

10. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a force majeure event as recognised by Belgian case law, including notably: natural disasters, widespread Internet or electricity outages, cyberattacks, public-authority orders, proven failure of a third-party technical provider (hosting, payment, AI), epidemic, armed conflict.

11. Moderation and right of removal

Arcturian SRL reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to suspend or delete a user's account in case of abusive, fraudulent, disrespectful behaviour, or behaviour contrary to applicable law or these Terms. In such case, the current subscription is not refunded.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data for this service is described in our privacy policy (/confidentialite#compagnon).

13. Applicable law, mediation and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions more favourable to consumers provided for by the law of their country of habitual residence.

Mediation and amicable settlement: in case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first. The consumer may also:

• refer the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels, mediationconsommateur.be);
• use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013).

Failing an amicable agreement, and subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to the Terms

Arcturian SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users and subscribers concerned by the Compagnon Point Zéro will be informed by email of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the user does not accept them, they retain the option to terminate their subscription or stop using the service.
