The retreats and workshops listed on Collectif Point Zéro are organized by verified practitioners from the network. Meditation, fasting, energy healing, ecstatic dance, silent retreats, shamanic workshops: every offering reflects the identity and work of a practitioner we know, vouched for by another active member of the collective.
Filter by region, duration, dates or languages to find the experience that fits your availability and intention. Most retreats take place in mainland France, but you'll also find workshops in Belgium, Switzerland and across Europe.
A short retreat (2 to 3 days) is ideal for a first immersion or a focused pause. Longer retreats (5 to 10 days) allow for deeper work, sometimes necessary for contemplative practices or initiatory journeys. If it's your first retreat, start short — you'll know afterwards whether you want to go further.
Almost always: a retreat is essentially a time cut off from daily life, immersed in a specific place. A few hybrid formats exist (with an online portion), which are noted on each listing.
It depends on the format. Beginner retreats are designed for newcomers and require no prerequisites. Some more advanced workshops require regular prior practice — this is always stated under the « Intended audience » section of each listing.
Most practitioners use the booking system built into Collectif Point Zéro, with a deposit at booking and the balance due before the retreat starts. The cancellation policy is specified for each retreat, with a clear box covering deadlines and refund conditions.
A retreat can be an excellent complement to therapeutic work, but it doesn't replace it. If you're in psychological or medical care, talk it over with your therapist and with the retreat host before committing — it's a chance to check together that the format suits your situation.
